By using OddsPit you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service
OddsPit provides analytics and informational signals for publicly-traded prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi). We are not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.
2. Not Financial Advice
All content is for informational purposes only. Edge scores, signals, and model outputs are not personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any associated losses. Prediction markets involve risk; you can lose your entire stake.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction. Access may not be legal where you live — that is your responsibility to determine.
4. Accounts
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't share, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to scrape in bulk, or violate these terms.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from Account Settings; access continues until the end of your paid period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro payment — email claimman@mail.com.
- PayPal payments are processed manually and activated within 24 hours of confirmation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, disrupt its infrastructure, scrape data at volumes that exceed your plan's rate limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, its signals, and its code are owned by OddsPit. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the product while your subscription is active.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsPit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your access ends; data-deletion rights in the Privacy Policy still apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction.
