OddsPit ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password (bcrypt), and timezone.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer ID and subscription status. PayPal transactions are recorded by transaction ID only.
- Usage data: request logs, feature usage counters, and aggregate analytics used to improve the service.
- Optional integrations: Discord webhook URL, Telegram chat ID — only if you configure them.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and improve the service.
- Send transactional email (receipts, password resets, alerts you opted into).
- Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that operate the product:
- Stripe (payments)
- PayPal (alternative payments)
- SMTP provider (transactional email)
- Render (hosting)
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings — this removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email claimman@mail.com for requests.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Payment card data never touches our servers.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date if this policy changes materially.
